The SAP module^® RE-FX offers the possibility to sustainably manage and process tasks and business transactions especially in the real estate sector.

This includes the commercial management of real estate, the mapping of service and maintenance contracts, both on the debit and credit side, the mapping of contracts for leasing, as well as supplementary room and space management. SAP^® RE-FX is fully integrated with the FI and CO modules. For real estate management, land registers, parcels, standard values, property inventories and other information can be maintained and all related processes can be mapped, including asset accounting.
