Under the motto \"Understanding your real estate - networked, digital, sustainable\", the popular industry event will be celebrating its 25th anniversary.\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Participants will gain insight into the new partnership between SAP and Planon for facility and real estate management. Contact persons from both companies will be available for discussions and questions. Interactive workshops and presentations will provide information on current developments.<strong> Also one of our customers will give a presentation about the integration of <a href=\"https:\/\/re-expect.de\/en\/smartdocs-suite-transparente-ausgabe-von-sap-fi-korrespondenzen\/\">SmartDocs<\/a> hold<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Facility and real estate management is undergoing a comprehensive transformation. Digitization in planning, development, and management, globalization, increasing international competition, new models for data evaluation, new EU directives for ESG requirements, and new laws on energy efficiency pose major challenges for all involved. Accompanying SAP users are second-step migration processes to S\/4HANA. Here, all business units involved in the development or management of real estate are challenged.<\/p>\n<p>New technologies and artificial intelligence with regard to integrated processes, can change the real estate business sustainably. Participants will learn and discuss what these changes may look like at the 25th Annual Congress at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kosmos-berlin.de\/\">KOSMOS Berlin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, parallel, half-day intensive workshops will be held on the morning of September 26, 2023, in which selected topics will be explored in greater depth, processes and functionalities explained, and practical examples discussed.
